With over 30 years in leadership roles in government, higher education and private industry, Dr. Catherine Oleksiw has extensive experience in assessing the impact of strategies and programs. She engages with clients in refining performance management, assessing change, and co-creating outcomes-based performance systems. Providing support tailored to the client, she provides technical assistance, training, and leadership coaching on strategic planning, performance measurement, monitoring and evaluation, data literacy, and Return on Investment (ROI) methodology.
Catherine’s clients have included businesses seeking performance improvement of their sales teams, a health sciences institution assessing leadership development of management and faculty, and Rice University’s Doerr Institute for New Leaders. In 2015, she served on an innovation center advisory board in Richardson, TX, leading a team that focused on strategic planning and evaluation. Dr. Oleksiw has her Ph.D. from Columbia University in Educational Psychology: Measurement and Evaluation and has taught research design, evaluation methods, and statistics. Dr. Oleksiw regularly presents on evaluation, data literacy and ROI. \
